The best doctor you could ask for. Highly attentive doctor, very understanding, thorough and kind. Would highly recommend. The reception team have vastly improved over the last year too - always can get an appointment, and very helpful. Good physio here too and the nurse team are great. Nurse practitioner a little cold in her manner but the team overall are great. We are very happy at this practice.

The Doctors Nurses and receptionist have always been really helpful. The Doctor always takes time to listen and help you. The Nurse performs tests without causing any pain. The receptionists always squeeze you in for appointments and take good messages whereby the Doctor always rings back. Can't fault them and I've been to a few surgeries over the years. All professional so if you are looking for a new surgery don't let the bad review put you off. Thanks for all you do for my family.

The loveliest kindest doctor you could ever wish to meet. The receptionists have an extremely difficult job because they are so busy, but do their best and go out of their way to help.

The doctor of this GP is fantastic, how the receptionists are very unhelpful, they no longer allow for repeated prescriptions over the phone, my elderly family members can not use the online websites they tell you to use and struggle to get there medication on time, I will be putting in a formal complaint

Haven't needed to visit the doctors since the start of the pandemic so wasn't sure what to expect. Spoke with the receptionist on Tuesday, a phone call from the nurse practitioner on Wednesday and she got me in for an appointment on Friday. Everyone was friendly and professional. I'm really impressed at the speed of my appointment and with the overall service. Thank you very much.

If I could give this surgery a 10* I would! Dr Gooneratne is very thorough with any concerns he has at all. He's nothing less than fantastic! He saved my sons life... He knew instantly by the very few symptoms he had, that my son was very poorly even though my son was happy and smiling. I will forever be grateful to that man! The nurses equally is just wonderful and so lovely! The reception staff have always been wonderful too.
I highly rate this surgery!

Sadly after 24 years I decided to move surgery as you just cannot get an appointment to see the GP.
By 0840 after waiting on the telephone queue, the practice receptionist says no appointments for the day please call again tomorrow. When you’re not feeling well and need to see a doctor, you need a practice that employs people with empathy!
