The service I have received from Braeburn Care has been excellent and I cannot praise the team highly enough. I live over 250 miles away and finding a care team to help with a loved one feels like a minefield. When Braeburn Care was recommended to me it was a relief and my decision to establish contact with the team was a really positive experience.

My aunt is almost 94 years old, is very independent and positive and has never had or needed any support until recently, when it has become apparent she is struggling to look after herself properly.

Katy assessed my aunt's needs and made recommendations, ensuring her well-being, safeguarding and care were paramount. Katy reassured me she did not want to overpower my aunt with too many of the recommended changes all at once and wanted to take into account her wishes, dignity and comfort, thereby building trust and confidence with the team members and the changes were incremental.

The care provided has been consistent, professional and compassionate, which is enabling my aunt to retain her independence and remain in own home. My aunt is thoroughly enjoying the company of Jess, whom she has become very fond of and the visits have given her a renewed interest, seeing someone and engaging with them on a daily basis.

Katy has been non-judgemental and no job seems too big or too small. The communication between us has been 1st class and Katy has offered me reassurance and positive solutions to ongoing matters.

I would highly recommend this company and team to anyone looking for a kind, compassionate and professional care team for a loved one.
