In pain since 2 years till the point A+E. Staff rude and know it all ( cortisone is not a pain killer tried to make believe that one up ). Explain situation to the GP he does not want to know.
Changing and getting away even if it means private. They only care about their pockets, before Cov19 was great now avoid.

While the doctors at this practice, including Dr. Sarfraz Khan and Dr. Chander, are attentive and genuinely care about their patients, my experience with the administrative staff has been far from satisfactory. In particular, a staff member named Di has been extremely unhelpful and rude on multiple occasions. No one enjoys calling a GP practice, but when you’re met with such discourtesy and lack of assistance, it makes the entire process even more frustrating and disappointing. I truly wish the practice would address this issue, as it significantly impacts the overall patient experience.

Never got an appointment in less than 2 weeks in 3 years that I stayed there. I always had to request the receptionist, but she never understood the urgency of the patient.

this GP practice used to be really good, now Its the worst, the receptionists are really rude, a couple of them are kind but the rest are very very rude, they make it impossible to get an appointment, it feels like you re calling their home for charity. Because of one receptionist that unlucky for me always picked up my calls I had to wait for 3 weeks for an appointment while pregnant in 2019 as she always said we don't give appointment for this problem thinking she is a doctor, it turned out to be an infection that was dangerous for my baby, and still always the same when needing an appointment. doctors are kind and considerate but receptionists (not all of them but most of them) are the WORST. I wouldn't recommend this GP practice to anyone.

Been a patient since 2014. It's a small closely knit surgery. Never had an issue with receptionist staff, nurses or a doctor. They are fantastic in giving quick appointments - unlike other overcrowded inner city surgeries. Top Class.

Very good hospital. Never had to wait too long to see a GP or talk to one over the phone. When I visit the clinic , my wait time is maximum of 10 minutes and I’m being attended to. Thank you Bradford student health , I’ll just move back to Bradford so I don’t loose access to you all ❤️❤️

I wish i could give this a more bad rating, two to three weeks for an appointment and when you get into that week they’ll reschedule it again, and when you reach your lucky day and get into that room they’ll simply put you two or three week again for the blood test, and it goes on and on.
