Came for a suspected fracture. Had an xray in about an hour. Sat down to get results. Another patient laughed and said 'You're triaged quickly. So you think its all good. You go for your x-ray not too bad. I've been here since 2pm' it was 5. He said there was one more patient in front of him. I asked reception how long it would be for me I was the 7th patient so 2-3 hours. I explained I had fatigue and would have to go as I could not wait that long and be safe to drive home. I asked if they could send my x-ray's onto my GP. She said - yes results always sent to GP. Well they didn't it took 4 days before my GP started requesting them then another 3 days for them to get hold of the radiologists report. Why? What a complete waste of time and effort. Pointless.

It’s nice that when we don’t get appointments at GP then the GP give appointments here but it seems not resolving any problems. I had really bad sore throat from a month, GP gave me appointment here , been here they said it’s not that bad so just take paracetamol if not ok then come back then one week it was okay then suddenly gone really bad and temperature so tried to book appointment at GP. GP gave me appointment here , been here nurse wasn’t sure so called doctor to see , doctor wasn’t sure either so told me to ask GP to do swab test and blood test. Then I contacted GP again and GP gave me appointment then nurse can’t do blood test. She tried both arms. Not qualified nurse. Now they gave me appointment after one week. Not really happy that patients are not getting the right treatment or right medication. This place need more qualified and experienced doctors and nurses so patients can get the right treatment on right time.

Waited 6 hours for a 4 year old to be seen for a fracture. Do with that information what you will. Previously I've had drs treat my 1 year old by prescribing 3x the dose required of antibiotics. Thankfully I picked up on it before giving it to my child. Not impressed at all. Will be avoiding this place in the future

Excellent experience. I couldn't get an appointment in less than a week from my local GP so tried the walk in service. The lady on Reception (Helen) was superb and got me set up straight away with no fuss. I was in, saw a consultant and out within the hour.
Well done.

A very handy little place and because the football was on there were hardly any people there.

All of the staff were amazing. They gave me back some faith in the NHS, after being let down so badly by my Doctors surgery in Finchampstead.

Very impressed with the visit today receptionist was ex tremely pleasant and Paul who assessed me very pleasant to was I and out within the hour including an x-ray Best experience of a walk in centre. Well done

On the plus side the staff were very pleasant and the parking is free. The centre looks a bit shabby. One clear sign to replace the numerous paper signs would also tidy the place up. Better ventilation in the atrium would also be good along with an information board advising where you are in the queue and approximate wait times.

When I visited I waited over two hours to see a nurse. From the website I understood that the minor injuries clinic treated strains, sprains etc so I was disappointed when I was advised that because I hadn't had a fall, I needed to go to my GP and ask to be referred for an x-ray. Even though there is an x-ray department on site. These days I find it increasingly difficult to navigate the complexities of the NHS.

Definitely a simpler experience than Wexham if you fit the criteria to come here. Free and abundant parking for a start! We were lucky with the wait time spending about an hour there in total.
