Such a brilliant surgery! The staff are so underrated and understated but they really do a fantastic job, from a nurse perspective they always email and contact me back, very helpful and informative they really do go out of there way to help!
they are always professional and go over and above, they respect my opinions and take on board any different views, total respect is there at all levels! The staff are knowledgeable! The doctors are fantastic and totally understand there patients and also views of other health professionals!

Excellent GP practice. I have two small children and the triage process is very efficient. I have had a GP appointment the same day as submitting an online form. They have implemented the new triaging process which is working so well.

I feel so fortunate to be able to access this practice. It’s rare to have such a well rounded service, from the receptionists who are consistently friendly, helpful and responsive to the large number of doctors and nurses who seem to genuinely care and listen without invalidating or trivialising your concerns. Communication is also far better than I have experience elsewhere. This is all despite the immense pressure on healthcare where you might expect staff burn out. Really grateful for all the staff at BMC, it doesn’t go unnoticed.

I have had many medical issues for years, I recently moved out this way and joined Brackley medical centre.
After 3 years I feel like I’m 20 again the whole team at the centre are first class.
I can not thank them enough for giving me a life again.

Our experience as a family has been generally poor. Two of us have moved to a different GP practice now. This week my son’s prescription was lost (apparently ‘it happens’) and then when we went back a few days later it was out of stock.
It takes weeks to get an appointment, and generally feels functional rather than somewhere that truly cares.

Visited the urgent care walk-in today, and got seen within 65 minutes. A massive thank you to the nurse practitioner who spoke with me, I’ve never felt more listened too. After struggling with throat related issues for nine years, she gave me such valuable advice on gut health which I will be implementing as soon as possible.
