On the whole usually very good but I have had a chest infection and prescribed antibiotics on Friday last week, it is now Thursday, every day I have been told they are on the van to be delivered, my dosset boxes were delivered but still no antibiotics 🤷‍♀️, I know there might be staff shortages but I would rather be told this then be given false hope, I havn’t any money or family to ask or I would have gone up to collect it 😔

Thank you to Ali for your advice and help today. All I was getting from the Doctors surgery was incorrect advice from unhelpful staff. Thank goodness Ali knew what he was talking about and has now arranged delivery of my urgent medicine.

I have had not 1 but 2 prescriptions for special medical leggins that i really need. the first 1 being over a year ago. I have phoned many times to be told our system is always down. staff rude and not bothered at all. where is my prescription? not good

I have to give credit where it’s due! Came to the pharmacy a week ago and was served by lovely staff. I had a few concerns regarding mum’s medication and the lady was very polite and helpful and I received the answers I needed! This pharmacy never disappoints. So grateful! Thank You All.

Lots of staff but not friendly, look at you as if it’s your fault they haven’t got your prescription in on time! Even though it was sent through on patches two weeks earlier for delivery. Then they blame suppliers (pass the buck) . Do YOUR job and chase them up. These medicines are crucial to people that’s why they are on them. I’ve been on hold so far on the phone for 30+ minutes and still no one answers. I could get through quicker in a seance! Awful service!!!

Attended with my husband for a PCR fit to fly test and everything went smoothly. Jayne was a great help. Have already got our day 2 test for when we return to UK and will definitely use Boulevard again. It was a great comfort knowing that they actually do the test in house and do not send them off. Local, quick and easy to do.

1 star is too much, absolutely shocking service. Waited 15 mins for my prescription, only got given half of it, had to come back for the other half. Waited over 20 minutes for the other half of it with 1 customer in front of me. Useless
