Receptionist who was working on Wednesday 14th may at half 3 was disgustingly rude over the phone to me, rang to have the cheek and ask why my son is registered at the surgery when I myself am not, clearly not knowing his dad was and telling me to get him registered at somewhere else, good thing I wanted to move him anyway but the absolute audacity and she charged her tune when I bit back! What a joke

On this occasion I'm fuming. For four months now I've received a text telling me I need a medication review. Each time I call I'm told I don't as I have one more month. They then send my repeat to Asda. This morning I was told again I have one more month! I'm so confused. I said OK could you send it through for me? She said no we don't do that you've got to come in and get it then put it in the box! I swear I can't remember the last time I did that. I told her they normally just put it though. She said we'll we haven't since I worked here.
What can I say? I don't want to come across as rude or confrontational so you just have to say OK. In other words I have to accept they're right and everything I said was incorrect. It's frustrating.

Rude receptionist.
It's difficult to get a repeat prescription from these even though ordered from nhs app a week before
When ringing in to see where it is I'm told I need a review not something an epileptic needs. Evry 6 montjs theyre needed then the receptionist magically some how pulls it out of the computer.
I NEVER signed up to this joke of a surgery I was happy with old doctor who seems to sold his patients without notification.
When having face to with a doctor and asking them speak up and slow down so I could understand what they are saying which is totally ignored.
All of these are just grifters

Absolutely disgusting, I visited for two reasons ad the nasty GP said, 'look love, I think we've had enough time, after 6 minutes of me being in the room, not to mention I waited 50 minutes to be seen at a prior appointment. He wasn't interested . The old receptionist was rude when she answered the phone so I wasn't very humble after that and she accused me of shouting, when I wasn't shouting so I told her I was recording our conversation, which I was. They are there only to make money from keeping people sick. They shout your business at the reception desk yet talk about confidentiality, massive joke. They're disgusting. Find more compassionate GP's as you'll see different ones on each visit. Disgrace. I work for the NHS and encounter these rude and obnoxiously lazy individuals on a daily.

My aunty came into the doctors for her appointment afew weeks ago and was greeted rudely by a receptionist called Donna. She had told her to “ SIT DOWN” very rudely which I think is completely unacceptable. Staff within reception and doctors NEED to be more respectful towards their patients especially if they are known by said person. No matter the situation. Their mood should be kept outside the doors when they walk into work.

I recently rang at 3.30 on a Friday to enquire about a non urgent referral. I was offered two appt times of 3.50 and 4.30 that day.
I then asked via email how I would be able to get a copy of the referral letter and within 3 working days I was messaged to say the referral letter was available for collection from the surgery.
Given that we are currently hearing so many reports of people struggling to get gp appts I was incredibly impressed and I found the reception/front desk staff to be incredibly helpful and very pleasant.

All too often people only choose to leave reviews when they have a negative experience so I feel it is important to balance that with positive reviews too and give praise where it is due
