I won a hypnobirthing course with Zoe which we attended virtually in December. I honestly cannot recommend her enough. From the moment we got in touch to after birth she has been so supportive and nothing is ever too much. I can honestly say without this course my pregnancy and birth would have been very traumatic for me, however with all the techniques and skills and support from Zoe I can honestly say our birth was still magical! I ended up having an emergency CS due to preeclampsia and shortness of breath which caused fetal distress! It all happened so quickly but I felt in control at all times! It still was a magical experience and I thank Zoe for that!

My Boyfriend and I have just finished our last Hypnobirthing class with Zoe. I couldn't recommend this course more highly for pregnant ladies and couples. If you have even the smallest doubt about the course don't, its the best thing we did and learnt so much as we were able to do this course face to face. With hospital not being able to provide much support face to face due to Coivd, everything being posted online or via Zoom, we felt isolated, not in control and uneasy about what labour/hospital entails but thanks to Zoe we couldn't be more thankful that we were able to take part in her course and now feel ready and excited to meet our baby!

Zoe is great!
After thinking I was a little late to the party for any type of antenatal course, I found Zoe!
My husband and I went along to one of her taster sessions and thoroughly enjoyed it!
Thinking that would be all we could fit in before welcoming our little one, Zoe then informed us that she offers a 3 hour “cram” session of all the essential bits you need to know, which we booked!
I’m so glad we did this as it gave both myself and my husband some useful tools to use both before and during our birth journey!
10 days after seeing Zoe we welcomed our beautiful boy to the world and can honestly say I had a great birth!
I would highly recommend anyone who is thinking about doing a course with Zoe to go ahead and book one! I wish I’d found her sooner!
Even if you think it’s too late… it’s not!

Zoe's sessions were so informative and relaxed. We feel ready and confident to use the tools from the course to help us through the birth process and beyond! The additional support Zoe provides is amazing too and it is nice to have a community built around the sessions.

Zoe is great!
Such lovely inviting energy and she’s really put my mind at ease, in regards to labour and how to deal with surges.
I feel much more prepped and informed of what’s to come and confident.
Couldn’t recommend enough and will be deffo looking into what other workshops she has!
