This Surgery has the best receptionists, always helpful, and always welcoming. All the Dr's I have seen are brilliant to. Its good to have a practice that feels like how they were back in the day.

Thankfully I don't have too many health problems. Though when I have to come here it is just such a good service. Greeted with a smile from the wonderful reception team. Karen and Chris have dealt with my emails appointments so professionally and go beyond their role. Always manage to get an appointment especially if you have children. We are so lucky to have this surgery in Borstal. Plus they have a physio on the Monday. The Drs aren't that bad either 😁. With any requests dealt with quickly even in person or email or a telephone call. Keep up the good work in the hard role you have. Borstal is blessed to have you.

I need to register with a new GP due to an address change from a different town. I am a heart condition patient and currently undergoing blood cancer treatment. Despite waiting for almost four weeks, this clinic has made no effort to inform me that my application was rejected. No reason was provided; when I called them, I was simply told, I’m sorry and to try another clinic. I am in this GP’s serving area, and they advertise as taking new patients.

Either I sent an application to register speculatively without checking if I was in the area served by the surgery and no one there checked for 3 weeks where my post code is OR I checked with the surgery before submitting my application, waited for 3 weeks only then to be told they don't cover my area. Which do you think is more plausible? Time-wasting, uncaring and amateurish. Ironically, I think I'll be better served almost anywhere else, so not being registered here is a blessing in disguise.

Very good practice. Receptionist helpful and understanding. I have always managed to get an appointment on the same day by calling the surgery at 8am prompt.
When you are feeling unwell this is reassuring as there are so many horror stories of other practices having no appointments for weeks.
