As usual my latest appointment was met with thoughtful and excellent medical care. Great listening & communication, considering the complexity of my case. The admin staff are also helpful when approached and I like to use the touch screen for confirming my pre booked arrival. Booking appointments online has been made simple.

Always a pleasure to meet with Dr Murray Brown. He has good communication and listening skills regarding your medical issue.
He knows what he is doing, taking time to explain his diagnosis of the symptoms I was experiencing. The Staff at reception are very helpful and approachable.

Mostly see Dr Jackson, absolutely brilliant doctor. He goes above and beyond. Always refers you if needed. But nearly all the doctors are amazing. We don't normally have any problems getting an appointment. Sarah the receptionist is very friendly and is extremely helpful. There is one receptionist who is very rude and very unhelpful. It's a shame as people are crying out for jobs. They should have more like sarah.

It's so easy to Book an appointment with the nhs app The Receptionist are so friendly and you can see the the DR you want to see but they are all excellent we have been with the practice for over 40 years so they are definitely doing it right

I usually try to see Dr Murray Brown. He takes time to listen to me and explains what treatment/medication I need. He puts me at ease when I am feeling anxious which I really appreciate.
