I enjoyed a very nice experience at my eye test yesterday. From the person at the front desk reception through the eye scanning and the very pleasant talk and advice I received from the optician every care was taken to make me feel welcome and relaxed. We discovered that my current lenses were fine but the optician explained an option of special occupational lenses, which I will take up in future.

The lady who took photos of my eyes was very kind and friendly and helped me to feel calm. she was incredibly polite and cheerful. The optician i had was absolutely lovely too. he was so kind and patient, i was quite nervous as it was my first time going without my mum and he made me feel so relaxed and comfortable and all my nerves went away. he was very chatty and friendly and didn’t mind explaining things to me in good detail when i had questions.
