It's not even my doctors I only went for a ultra sound scan.
I ended up walking out before I had it due to the young blond long haired receptionist on the desk.
Her attitude was absolutely appalling.
very rude as well spoke to you like something she had trodden in.
Reading the reviews here they are mostly bad which did not surprise me.
Why does the practice manager leave it to her assistant to deal with complaints by patients.
I am sorry your experience hasnt been a positive one all the way through.
Yes it really is that bad your surgery and it isn't even my doctors surprised you haven't been shut down.
Extremely poor.

I went there this morning. But as usual they said they’re fully booked (I have been calling since two weeks ago when my illness actually started developing, at least 150 times every morning but never got any appointments) So I asked them to refer me to the pharmacy nearby. And the pharmacy referred me back to them as my temperature was high and I had chronic infection in my throat which clearly needed their attention. So I went to the GP straight from the pharmacy at 10.30 and my GP appointment was set at 11.30. I don’t have any voice now since Friday, and I was so tired of walking here and there just to see the doctor. At 11.20 I went to the reception only to be told to wait until they called my name. I couldn’t even speak because my voice is not coming out but I did come to the counter to ask for my appointment. It’s just to be sure because and I was feeling so fatigued and nauseous. Then I sat again at the waiting area until there’s no one left at 12. I quickly asked the receptionist when will I be attended? she checked the system and she said that I never showed up at 11.30 so the doctor has cancelled my appointment. She even told everyone there that I was late. The nerve she had to say that straight to my sick face was beyond me. She even asked me to go home. It was purely rude. I asked her to check the cctv and she said when I came at 10.30 I didn’t get to the counter for registration. It was true because I was way too early for my 11.30 appointment. So they kept blaming me and said I was late to everyone that’s there. I was so ashamed. I was shaking and crying myself out and asked them to check the cctv at 11.20 because I was positive that I did go to the receptionist to confirm my appointment but she only asked me to wait. But of course they won’t because they knew I was telling the truth. They kept arguing with me until I couldn’t take it anymore and I finally lost myself and my nose started bleeding so bad on the floor. This system is crazy. I really couldn’t understand how the Great Britain falls to this low level. I paid thousand pounds to NHS annually with my visa but not even once I get to use your services. And this time I am really ill I had no choice but to see the doctor physically. And this is how you treat your patients. You should be ashamed to be called a doctor when you refused to see your patients!

Its great once you get to see a
Dr
It's never the same Dr
They pass you on to pharmacist or nurse health trainer ect....
Never the Dr
Once seen by Dr they examine you
And prescribe amounts to my needs not altering meds or adding too

Aaw bless the receptionist they amaze me every time especially, a special mention to Danielle. I spoke of my problem and she put it on herself to deal with it and cooperated kindly and this is a selfless act of kindness. Thank you so much ♥️?♥️

Awful surgery, they dictated to me I had to come in for my medication to be checked on joining the surgery despite my medications being clearly documented in my notes and being on the system for over 20 years. When I wouldn't go in because I can't around their opening hours they stopped my medication. Things requested are not approved with no explanation, so time is constantly wasted ringing them to reorder. If you can go anywhere else please do, your life literally depends on it!

Just been reading the reviews after telling my friend to register here as her docs are useless & the reviews are shocking ? anyway I've never really had a problem registered & re registered in between the years, yes some times you can't get through on the phone which is the same everywhere else but I then turn up if can't or call back later might not get a face to face appointment but then you can get a phone appointment which is fine when not needed, anyway I have to say I wouldn't register with anyone one else in bolton these have been fine for me over the year's & if you don't want the receptionist to know your problem just let them know it's private they are fine with that & still make you an appointment ?

I don't even know to what practice to move. I don't know who made receptionists doctors over night but they should stop. Last year at the beginning after I registered even though I had to call a thousand times to reach them I was at least getting an appointment. Now I call them with similar problem, as it is recurring to me every few months, and I am being told that it's not bad enough for me to see the GP and that I should just go to the pharmacy. Since when are receptionists doctors and assessors of how bad the situation is? And how bad does it have to be for me to receive an appointment? Bad enough for emergency so then they can send me that way instead? I've lived in 2 different cities since I am in UK and had GPs there and I never had such a horrible experience as here. And funny enough, now that I look at the reviews and questions I don't see even one good opinion about them. And with other GPs practices at least I saw that people where getting at least feedback from the practice management to their reviews.
