Excellent Patient Experience.
Initial contact (Portia) very helpful and understanding.
Karim, the dentist, exceptionally professional, dealt very well with my anxiety and explained everything carefully. He was very ably assisted by Zoe, the practice nurse, who was very kind and empathetic.
I was overall very impressed hence my 5 star rating. Well done everyone and a big thank you too!!!

Absolutely brilliant. My dentist here is amazing. Being very nervous she puts me at ease and is extremely patient with me.
Would highly recommend and wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
The girl on reception is lovely too. Also lovely clean and modern practice. ?

I may be biased, having worked at the practice but it's totally different coming as a patient.
The practice is a friendly place, light clean throughout.
I saw Karim today for 2 fillings. The process was totally pain free ( I had local anesthetic ).
I felt relaxed and both Karim and his nurse explained what was happening during the appointment. Thank you

What a fabulous Dentist, The receptionist were lovely.
I had to have an emergency appointment, to have a tooth extraction , as my current dentist was unavailable. This dentist and his assistant was amazing, so caring, and calming, the extraction was over in minutes. I definitely will be switching dentist. 5 Star

Been going to this surgery for nearly 30 years. Was a bit worried when Dr Knights retired as he was a first class dentist who headed a first class practice.
My fears were soon dispelled as the new team have proven absolutely superb in every avenue. Can not recommend them highly enough.
