Like all health care providers, I'm sure Bognor Medical Practice are under increasing pressure while aiming to meet standards and provide good care and treatment. Despite thes pressures, the treatment we have received has been exemplary.
I am not personally a patient at the Practice but care for a lot of patients who are, and can honestly say we have had superb support and care from the doctors at the surgery, especially Dr's Novo and Schild.
They have given us advice, visited the home and have gone over and above to meet the needs of our clients, one in particular with a learning disability on end of life care.
It made our jobs so much easier, and improved outcomes for the people we support. I cannot praise them enough.

poor place to go. I have tried booking appointments and they push it to 2-3weeks even when your in pain.. plus the reception very poor. every time i have phone. I get rushed. or spoken sarcastically. and it's mainly women. when I go to say something else towards the subject they rush and end the call. it's disappointing. this is why I am changing surgery's. I wouldn't recommend this one.

Purely in regards to the overwhelmingly rude receptionists/appointment operators. They let the whole clinic down. Don't work in health care if you hate people so much! The people calling you are unwell for goodness sake.

They have 9000 patients they tell me so it takes 6 weeks for private work paid for to be done you cannot get past the so called treage receptionist who thinks she’s a dr called twice about the same issue once having a crisis in mental health they hung up I have got on to 111 to find me something else clearly they are not well enough trained who hangs up on a mental health patient in crisis

Always to busy on the line when trying call them and receptionists just sitting and drinking coffee .
Unprofessional stuff and disrespectful behaviour. Changed mine to different gp .

My grandmother has been a patient here for a year and a half, she says it's the best practice she has ever attended. Today at 9am I called to make an appointment for an ear test, we were given an appointment for the same day to check her ears and had wax removed as we have a hearing aid appointment later in the week. Fantastic, thank you for your help.
