I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my first programme at Bodyworks Toning Tables, I’ve lost 5lbs and 10 inches.
I have no hesitation in recommending Bodyworks, my flexibility and core strength have already improved and my circulation is much better meaning that my legs are less swollen and painful.
The staff are super friendly, helpful, enthusiastic and great at motivating you. They explain what to do and what the benefits will be - great one to one. The other ladies, all ages, shapes and sizes are friendly and it’s a good atmosphere.

All of the trainers are lovely. You get 100% support with each of the tables. Programmes are tailor made to suit your ability. I have mobility problems & metal work in my back so find ordinary gyms difficult. My back is a lot better since I started using the tables and I have dropped a jeans size. I thoroughly enjoy my sessions each week and would highly recommend anybody to use the Toning tables to help with weight and body image

I have beeen going to Toning Tables for over 11 years now and love the way the trainers have helped me maintain my mobility. They helped me through a very painful back episode , and are always so supportive. Allana, Claire, Karen and now Jenny ensure that my programmes meet my needs and always give helpful advice. They don't criticise me when I don't lose weight but encourage me to keep trying. the bonus is the laughs we all have whilst doing our programmes - a real tonic in these difficult times.
