I first went to Thierry several years ago when I got into running and he helped me with issues such as shin splints and working on strengthening my legs for better form. After lockdown and moving away I tried a few other places but just wasn't getting the same service or results! Thierry is bursting with knowledge and he is so friendly and approachable. He helps with all niggles and complaints and is supportive of any random event I decide I'm going to try. The booking system is easy and the whole team are lovely. It's always a pleasure to be seen and worth that little further drive for me! Would 100% recommend to anyone.

After a 20+ year high level competitive sports career and now continuing with the sport and very actively coaching full time, unsurprisingly it’s taken a toll on my muscles and joints and so I have visited numerous physios and I can confidently say Lee is the best I have received treatment from.

Last year I presented him with a hamstring tear that was impacting significantly on my ability to coach (my sole income), after just one appointment Lee’s initial treatment had notably improved my mobility in the injured area and he had also started to consider a longer term treatment and exercise plans to prevention of chronic reemergence of the injury, which he amended after each appointment based on the amount the injured site had healed. I was also extremely impressed that in addition to almost immediately locating the exact spot of the currently injury, through the examination he quickly identified areas of previous injured that although technically healed still often cause issues and discomfort (none of which I had mentioned to him), he used all his finding to assess not only the immediate issue but look beyond it to find the root cause and try to develop rehabilitation exercises to address that to again prevent recurrence of the same or related issues.

I felt totally at ease whilst in Lee’s practice and extremely confident in his expertise, and because of this Lee is my only recommendation for a physio in the Newmarket/Cambridge area that I would recommend to my student athletes.
