I feel very lucky to be able to use Wonersh Surgery. Every GP I have seen are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. The admin staff are also friendly and efficient. Excellent service all round, thank you.

Have used this surgery for many years and have previously had no problems, however over the last year or so have repeatedly run into issues. Administration / reception is disorganised, providing conflicting information. Will be switching to Dapdune surgery.

The drs are great but the receptionist staff are APPALLING. Rude, unhelpful, attacking, - should not be working in a public facing job. Show zero compassion for any patients with a mental health issue. This is 2023 and with all the press over not stigmatizing mental health - Wonersh Surgery Staff clearly did not get any training in this department. I go to The Mill in Godalming now - it is a younger staff team on receptionist they are helpful, non judgemental and sincere. Wonersh take note!

Just transferred from a surgery in Oxfordshire
Dr Emily Chegwin was professional, friendly and very helpful, reassuring me that she would sort out various referrals to our local hospital as soon as possible, to try and get to the bottom of my health issues.
Am so pleased I am now with Wonersh Surgery who appear to take me seriously and try to help me to hopefully get better

A hard working surgery that have provided a life line to me during long-term illness via many fantastic GP partners. Any issues I have had are as mentioned in other posts booking an appointment as I was not clear about how the system works or it has been improved and it takes a while for my mind to catch up. All problems I've raised with the surgery have been dealt with in a sensitive and respectful way possibly leading to on going improvements.

This is a good doctors surgery with many excellent GP's that have served me well over many years.
