Some idiot a man and a woman booked taxi from this medical centre and expected me to look for them for 10 minutes and assume them to be standing at Sainsbury’s entrance instead. I am not having none of that if you want your taxi at Bodley medical make sure you are exactly there or if you want it for Sainsbury’s make sure you say that on the app.

Spoke to a GP about changing my medication as my current tablets make me prone to overheating, especially at concerts. I was advised to "stop taking MDMA at concerts then", which I do not. Unprofessional

This practice has been the best practice I have ever been registered at. The receptionists who have a vital job as they are the first port of call, do not get enough recognition. They are kind, compassionate, sympathetic and the ones I have come across have bent over backwards to help me in any medical / administrative matter I have needed dealing with. They ate absolute stars!

Every single clinical member I have spoken to or seen also have been compassionate, informative, sympathetic, understanding and patient and have got me through some tough times. I honestly do not know what I would do without their help and am extremly grateful.

Bodey medical is an extremely fantastic practice, all staff included. The appointment system is easy to use, you are informed the same day if you will receive an appointment. Waiting times are great. I have been here around 7 years and Bodey looked after my grandmother before me..

My hat goes off to the practice. 10/10. Thank you 🙂

Awful. I make an appointment and was 5 minutes late. They made me rearrange for 45mins later and then are 30minutes late themselves. Like this every time even if I'm not 5 minutes late.

I've been with Bodey Medical for years and have always received an excellent standard of care. The Receptionists, Doctors and Nurses I've seen throughout the years have always been kind, respectful and empathetic, which I really appreciate. I would certainly recommend.

They are by far the best practice in the area. All the doctors and staff are extremely helpful and try their best to help patients with any issues. The-practice is constantly making improvements. They have introduced a new online appointment system which is great as we can book a same day phone consultation and should I need a face to face it is booked by the Dr you speak to for later the same day. The system also gives you the option to attach photos if necessary. They have lots of in house services that you can gain access to should it required. Can’t praise them enough.
