As a 30 year+ resident in Enfield, I am very aware of it's current disastrous state, and the appalling management of Enfield Council. However, I am very pleased to say that I was looked after incredibly well, by all staff at the Cavell Hopital.

I felt the hospital administration failed me. The treatment package I chose was a fixed price of £7,797 and included post-operative treatment prescribed by my surgeon but the hospital insisted on further fees. In spite of both the Terms and Conditions, and my surgeon confirming that physio fees were included, the hospital was relentless and heartless in its pursuit of extra fees of £120. Sarah Alison Hunt
