Great service and friendly staff if you need some advice or any problems will advise on meds that will help and they check it is alright with any other medication you are on. They now do the service where you can get advice instead of waiting for dr appointments

Brilliant and quick delivery service and drivers and staff are lovely and very helpful, but they have lost stars as they have repeatedly delivered a brand of medication that I’m allergic to, which they’re aware of. Their solution is to call if they get it wrong and they will change it free of charge surely wouldn’t it be better to get it correct first time.
I have also had out of date medication delivered too

A much appreciated thank you .We were desperate for family medication. Closing time was 6pm and traffic in Blyth is horrendous. The whole team waited on my late arrival beyond 6pm.Cant say in words how grateful we were for this fantastic gesture of goodwill.

Shocking. Advertised as opening at 9.00am. Went in at 9.00am. Door open. Starting looking around and met by a extremely aggressive “we are not open yet, 10 minutes” from a guy behind the counter. If you are not ready to open that’s fine but his attitude was disgusting. With so many pharmacy’s in Blyth just went elsewhere which I would advise you do too. No customer care.
