Loved dr biswas she looked after me really well over the 25 years I was with her. I went with a shopping list and she give me prescriptions and off I toddled of to the candy store. The pharmacy. I think people didn’t understand her. She was great. I didn’t like Dr Ray. He would spook me out

Would rate no stars if i could. One receptionist is extremely rude, she gets appointments wrong, cancels appointments on the day. Another receptionist wouldnt put me through to the doctor or leave me on their list to be called by the doctor due to the fact that i called in the morning. Ive called in an afternoon before and was put on the list previously and doctor called back that AFTERNOON...but this receptionist refused, even though i need to speak to the doctor due to pain affecting everything i do!

Dont use this doctors! Theyve never done anything for me, and one issue i did have was severe rib and chest pains! didnt do anything!

Shouldnt even get one star.....THE RUDEST, MOST IGNORANT RECEPTIONIST I HAVE EVER SPOKEN TO. English is not her first language but this is not the cause of her downright rudeness. It is stressful enough when you are feeling unwell and need to call the Drs. Someone should teach her some manners.
I have medication which is on repeat but every month it is wrong. Don't know who's at fault but it is very frustrating.
A very poor Dr's. I was asked to in for a blood test but no one could tell me what it was for. Not even the nurse who took it knew?
Feels very haphazardly.
If you are new to the area I would advise against this practice.

If I could give this surgery minus stars I would! The place is a shambles! Both doctors are rude and patronising ! They are very hands off patients rather that actually examining! And questioned prescriptions from my consultant! I had 2 appointments then re registered elsewhere! Getting prescriptions is like getting blood out of a stone! They don't even smile! I've worked myself 26yrs in the NHS so I hope my opinion is well informed of standards. I'm reporting them to the CQC!

Dr Biswas should be brought back for trial the amount of people she's missed diagnosed and the people she is responsible for the deaths.? Unfortunately as the years went on she lost her pride in being a doctor

Would give a no star rating if it would let me. Absolute joke of a surgery, certainly doesn't prioritise if your really poorly, shouldn't even be open as a surgery need to be closed down or needs to be investigated by the correct authorities..

Can never get a appointment. It amazes me when you do finally get a appointment the doctor can tell what is wrong with you without even examining you . Glad I will never be using them again . Horrible people that run it . The nurse is just as bad as the doctors.

If I could give minus stars I would rang 27 times in one day couldn't get through dr biswas is rude and palms people off its disgusting.... adding more new practice manager doesn't like the fact she was found lying as claimed to ring hospital but when I followed this yo it was a lie.... surgery needs closing down reception staff Laura looks cracked off her head n is rude I'm glad I'm no longer with this surgery and will be looking to move my mum as patient neglect is high
