Brilliant hydrotherapy, staff genuinely care for the dogs wellbeing. They get into the water with the dog unlike some centres.
Don't understand the 1 star review - more than 2 people can attend and watch their dog swim. Have you mistaken this centre for another one?
Blue waters are very accommodating.

Holly and her team are simply amazing. Following Spooky's accident and paralysis we visited once a week over many months and the improvement has truly been remarkable. Friendly, efficient and very caring - we couldn't ask for more. Great job guys and thank you all so very much xx

Albie’s been going to hydrotherapy every other week for the last 10 months and he’s a very nervous dog around strangers but Hannah and Kirsty have been really accommodating and we’ve gone slowly but now he’s happy for Hannah to hold his harness on the treadmill and for Kirsty to give him treats and shower him after. His muscles have definitely improved and his luxating patella is becoming less of a problem all the time, even in the winter months where he was hopping after almost every walk last year.

The Bluewater Hydro team are amazing and I thoroughly recommend them; I've been a client for nearly two years now, having rescued Faith, a puppy-farm lab who didn't know what to make of a puddle, let alone a pool (or falling leaves for that matter). From the start, the team gently encouraged her (it took 3 visits to get her into the water). Hydro and physio at Bluewater have been transformational, with massive fitness improvement which enabled a recent successful hip replacement. Her recovery because of the hydro before it, has been amazing. She will be back in the water as soon as the surgeon gives us the OK, to regain optimal fitness and use her brand new hip correctly. To Laura, Kirsty, physio Hannah and owner Jess, I salute you ladies. You are all outstanding! LW

Took my beagle Bauer for his first session on treadmill for his arthritis with Laura and Chloe not a lover of water they treated him with kindness and encouragement to the point he was loving it at the end very professional and courteous highly recommend.

Very disappointed in this place, after visiting here for over 2 years with my dog I never had a problem, unfortunately after a sudden death of my dog I really noticed a decline in my other dog, I decided to take her to bluewaters to help her as she was struggling generally being a old dog. I was asked for full payment upfront, which I paid. Unfortunately when my appointment was due to vet wouldn’t sign her off for hydrotherapy until they saw her and accessed her. After taking her to the vets finding multiple problems internally that we unaware of I decided against to hydrotherapy as she needed stronger drugs to make her more comfortable. I contacted bluewaters straight away explaining all this, after months of phone calls and emails chasing them, the manager finally got back to me, refused to give back my money as an appointment was made. I feel this was completely unfair and was shocked they wouldn’t return my money.

Disappointing service received - upon initial discussions, I was informed treatment could be provided on a weekly basis. Upon attending the first session, (payment upfront) I was told they couldn't fit my dog in for another 6 weeks after that for the services I had originally requested via my vet. I would use with caution with the new owner
