Bluebird are looking after my mother very well. Occasionally there is a hiccup but I can contact the office and they are good at sorting any problems. I like that they so daily reporting and I can keep an eye on how my mother is feeling and if she has any needs that I can help her with. She doesn't always remember to tell me when I phone.
The staff are really caring and have built a relationship with my mother and she trusts them and looks forward to their visits.
This is helping to keep her safe and in her own home.

Bluebird Care have helped my Dad for several hours a week for a year. He has now moved into a care home as his dementia and mobility required 24 hour care. I and my family would like to say a massive thank you to his carers, especially Mike and the office staff. The standard of care has been excellent. My Dad become very fond of the carers. They enabled me and my sister some respite from some of the more difficult personal care. The office staff have been wonderful too, taking time to talk and make changes as needed. To have Dad being so well looked after and safe has been life saving (literally). Many Thanks Bluebird.
