We just changed care companies and Bluebird have been brilliant. Abbots care had left mum in a mess for months now and we have seen a completely different experience. Mums brighter, cleaner happier. Its amazing how much things have changed with Bluebird. Thank you so much!

I have been using Bluebird Care St. Albans for nearly 18 months to look after my now severely disabled wife. They have always given me excellent service and looked after her as best that they can. The timekeeping is normally excellent. They have been ready to take on additional tasks as well needed as my wife's condition deteriorates.

Had been using Bluebird for a few months to look after elderly parent. 2 carers in particular are excellent, the others nice people but not carers, no common sense and basic caring not to standard. Main issue was with communication from the office and timings of visits. Accepting for things like traffic and a desired visit am of between 9-9.30 visits kept being pushed back to 10.15-10.30 and even one day mum not getting breakfast till 11.45.

Office staff not great at communicating anything and inflexible (one in particular).

Have written to them with my feedback of our experience and not surprisingly didn’t get any response at all.

Sadly I could not recommend this care provider to anyone worrying about adequate care to a loved one

My last days with Bluebird was not good but one thing i learnt from them was the professionalism that they had in dealing with all the issues. I did learn a lot from the Team, Caroline was a Superb Supervisor , Gaynor was the best even the owner was great . Am grateful for all the things i learnt at Bluebird, thank you guys i really appreciate the opportunity i was given

Carers talk about other members of staff in clients homes they talk about other clients in service users homes and tell service users about their personal life . I witnessed this first hand I am a carer from another company and your carers do not know how to keep it fun but keep it professional instead of unprofessional and expose to many details about other clients such as what conditions they have and where they live .
