Bluebird Care looked after my grandmother in her final years, the staff were very friendly and caring. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for care for elderly who wish to stay in their own home. Nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou xx

I would like to say a big massive thank you to all the care staff that gave my Dad Harry the best palliative care in his last few days at home before he passed away and also the support they gave our family such kind and caring people couldn’t have done it without you all. Care staff are really good but call times are unreliable.
Office staff don't always let you know if a carer is running late or if a call time has changed. No consistency at all.
Strange how additional 5 star reviews have popped up after my initial post.
Anyone wanting any further information please ask as I'm not anonymous and very truthful

The staff at Bluebird Care Sheffield looked after my mother for many years, she loved them going in and caring for her and I loved the fact they were professional and friendly at all times. Highly recommend (I’ve told my children if I ever need care to use this company!)

My mum was a service user for 4 weeks
Found the service to be on time efficient careing
Although a few things could be better from communication to care planning fot individuals also it would be helpful to have consistancy from care co_ordinators to ensure the carers know thecservice users
On the hole found most of the carers proffessional and compasionate .
It is always goid practice for the manager to touch base with the service user or the family to ensure good practice is at the forfront of the service users care ?
