My 91 yr old Dad used bluebird services when he came home from a long stay in hospital before we moved him to a care home. We used them to get him up and dressed, feed him and put him to bed at a time when he was particularly frail. His kids all live at opposite ends of the country so we really needed a service that would give us peace of mind. Bluebirds care and attention actually got him back to where he was a year ago and hes now walking again and much more sociable - they did such a good job its done them out of the work as we decided to move him while hes at his fittest.

My sister and i are very grateful for the 3 months that Bluebird were looking after him, it gave us time for respite and a chance to make a new plan for him. I cant be more positive, you get what you pay for.

My own experience since I joined Bluebird Care there is a lot to say the list is endless. Bluebird Care is 100% reliable and extremely efficient, you call they answer they will be at your service within the expected time. Bluebird Care cares about their clients they give first priority, as well as taking care of their employees. Bluebird Care gave me a warm welcome. The management have a good communication and good managerial skills always there to assist 24hrs they are a good team leaders. They make my care job easier at all times, the management always have solutions to problems we encounter as care workers. The carers do proper handover, payments on time. Bluebird Care uses an advanced system for it's client's information to be saved well instead of using pens and papers. Keep shining and keep up an excellent service.

The service from Bluebird is exemplary and nothing is too much trouble for them. They are professional and totally reliable. Mum has advancing dementia and the carers who visit each day are so kind and compassionate which gives us real peace of mind. The team in the office make sure we are always kept informed and we can track mums daily visits via the app. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them. Excellent Care Provided at short notice
