I am so happy that I joined a Bluebird Care.
I can't believe it's been only a year since I started its has flown by.

I would like to thank my Manager for all her help and support and I know this will continue as I continue my journey with Bluebird Care.

I have worked with this company for nearly 1 year, and I love my job so much , the support from the management team is amazing , and without their support and advice I wouldn't be where I am now. I have managed to progress to supervisor and I love all the customers we have and the constant positive feedback from them makes my job all worth while. They are all treat with utmost respect, dignity.
I feel like Bluebird are my family they are always there no matter what and , I feel valued and respected and I', so pleased I am able to contribute good quality care that people deserve.

I worked here for 6 months. Staff and management are great . Management have a great understanding for duty of care to their staff. Well organised. The only reason I left was because of the days off ? Working 11 days then getting 2 days off so really working 6 days per week. On a positive note they do put their staff first. Best company in care I worked for. However I left only because of the days off ?
