Amazing company to work for and to be a part of. The staff are very thoughtful, they are attentive and caring, they are reliable, and they listen to you. I would recommend Bluebird care to anyone seeking reliable care for their loved ones. Absolutely one in a million, with years of experience. I have worked with Bluebird care for just over 3years, now, and I must say, they one of the best care company I have ever come across. They provide ongoing training and support for their staff members, and they go above and beyond, to ensure clients receive the best care according to their needs. They are brilliant. I've worked in the care industry for a number of years, and enjoy meeting many people in my role as a care assistant. I would just like to say that Bluebird care are a wonderful group of people that have my respect. They have great people working for them and the staff that run the office are exceptional at what they do. They listen to what I have to say about any problems I'm having and they go out of their way to help. They take good care of the customers they have. Plus they also remain professional in many situations. My personal opinion is they are absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend if you have a loved one who needs caring for.

My very first time working as a care assistant started 4 months ago (July). At first I felt scared, but after venturing out to different cases/customers, I become to love the job of caring more for the elderly in whatever way possible.
At Bluebird the staff are welcoming, courteous, always ready to listen to render the best solution to any problems surface.Bluebird offers a wide range of care services, from Live-in Care to Companionship.Ours customers are so warm-hearted and pleasant readily engaged us in different conversations.
I’ve gained knowledge on the different legislations that governs the Care Act amongst others.

Having recently joined Blue bird care I can honestly say, it is a great company to be working for. They care very much for the clients and staff, and ensure their needs are met to the highest standard. They also ensure the staff (me included) have all the training required and support whenever necessary. I feel genuinely supported and listened to within the company from all of the staff - from those in the office, to the other carers I work with. When I needed help to assist me in looking after my wife who has dementia I turned to Bluebird in Haringey, encouraged by good reports and a brilliant rating from the CQC. I got good advice from the manager from the outset and I have been totally satisfied with the skill and warm humanity of the carers and the ready response of the admin staff. Great care is taken to rota the same carers so my wife knows them well and trusts them with the intimacies of personal care. I have also had longer periods of care to give me a break and a chance to follow my own interests and I go out in total confidence that all will be well. Frequent quality and satisfaction checks are carried out and I have never had a single thing to complain about.
