Contacted Bluebird to come an assess my 94 year old father for home care
An appointment was made
The person failed to arrive and despite numerous phone calls during which I was assured that the person had been informed.I received no call to explain or apologise
If this is how the approach the first meeting
I would hate to see what their daily care is like
I will not be using them and will dissuade others from doing so
