The midwives at the bluebell birth centre gave amazing care with my birth last week.
They were so attentive, and knew my needs before I did.
They gave sound advice throughout the birth, and made me feel comfortable (not that labour if comfortable!!) From every aspect.

My daughter went in on 5/11 was seen at triage then basically left for 3hrs! Without being examined without pain relief and with labour progressing to 2/3 minutes contractions I voiced my concerns to s nurse....nothing so I voiced my concerns to Jilly who immediately sprung into action got us a doctor got my daughter examined and we were told we were going uptobthe labour unit immediately!
We were met by Kathy who was brilliant from start to finish delivering my Grandson in less than forty minutes, then hers and Chelsea's after care was amazing! So two different experiences triage was quite neglectful tbh but the delivery unit were fabulous 👍🏼 a massive thank you to Jilly, Chelsea and especially Kathy x

Very poor service from Antenatal and Post Natal Ward.
we had to buy paracetamol from the pharmacy because they never brought us, most of the time they ignored us.
