A very nice experience there. The plants are high priced but they are in good condition. I didn’t try the food there yet, will try next time. The play area in there are very nice and clean. Need to pre-book online but it is not very complicated. Have a good and safe time with my daughter and she would like to go again next time.

Extremely disappointed — avoid if you value customer service.

My family had a terrible experience with this garden center, and I feel compelled to share it widely.

We purchased a large patio umbrella to help my parents enjoy some time outdoors—especially important right now, as my mum is recovering from bilateral breast cancer surgery and is a full-time carer for my dad. Sadly, the umbrella came with a faulty base component that failed to support the umbrella properly.

We reached out immediately, thinking it would be a simple fix. However, what followed was a frustrating and disheartening runaround. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and even the site manager seemed uninterested in resolving the issue. Despite explaining the situation multiple times—in person, over the phone, and by email—we received no support or compassion.

A basic replacement part could have made a world of difference for two vulnerable people trying to enjoy a bit of comfort and shade in their garden. Instead, we were met with indifference and poor service. This level of customer care is simply unacceptable.

If you’re considering shopping here, think twice—especially if you expect any level of after-sales support.

Great garden centre with a wide range of products at very reasonable prices - haven't seen African Violets in any other garden centre and here there was an entire display at just £4.99 each; there is then homeware with a beautiful range of Mason Cash, women's clothing and accessories and an extensive food selection. The cafe is larger than expected and beautifully decorated

I recently visited Blue Diamond Garden Centre, and it left quite an impression. Among the garden centres I've explored in Nottingham, this one stands out for its vibrant and healthy range of plants, particularly indoor varieties. They also have an excellent selection of beautiful plant pots and some lovely terrariums for those who enjoy unique displays.

The prices are on the higher side, but I think the quality of the plants justifies the cost. It's also worth noting that their clothing shop offers some attractive pieces, adding a bit of variety to the visit.

The food was enjoyable, and the staff were welcoming and helpful, which added to the experience. Overall, it’s a pleasant place to spend some time, especially if you’re after high-quality plants or a bit of inspiration for your home or garden.

Great garden and home center. Just on the east side of Nottingham. There is plenty to do here with a center for younger children. All types of shopping at the garden center, from an abundance of different plants and shrubs, wild bird area, and a large restaurant. The food is not cheap but it is excellent quality. Service is excellent, and the staff are do friendly and helpful. We would certainly eat here again. It is a wonderful place to visit and pass more than a couple of hours.

The Greenhouse Kitchen restaurant.
Meatballs and tagliatelle which was very tasty.
Duck with fresh pappardelle, absolutely delicious.
Parmigiana di Melanzane served with brocolli and homemade focaccia.
Oh my word this was the star of the show.
This was outstanding, authentically Italian and quite possibly the best we have ever tasted.
Even Mamma gave her approval, which is very rare.
It was a good job we ordered a side of the lovely charred brocolli as it made a great accompaniment.
This was definately worth the visit and we shall have to return to try the brunch menu.
Maybe with our doggies,as they are allowed in the conservatory seating area.

Having recently visited 3 blue diamond garden centres recently, looking for a specific plant, I must comment on the intensely irritating and inconvenient need to negotiate a maze in order to access the actual garden section. I am well aware of your motives, but this will lose you customers including myself and anyone I encounter considering visiting you. Have you considered how disabled people feel about your tactics, and no I will never visit you or any other B D centre again. I did actually see an elderly couple attempting to avoid the "maze" and being sent back to negotiate the "correct" route.
