We needed personal care for my Mother, in her late 70s with Alzheimer's, for a week when she came to stay with us to give my Dad some respite.

We made a very last minute enquiry. The process to get started was painless.

Kim was an absolute superstar. (She's also a John Lennon/Beatles fan, which deserves a sixth star on the ratings!). Not just the care element, but the compassion and conversation with my mum was out of this world. I don't know how we would have managed otherwise. Mum absolutely loved Kim's visits and, even though mornings are difficult, confusing and often tearful, after Kim's visits, mum always emerged so much brighter and chatty.

Genuinely, thank you so much. Would highly recommend.

The care Blossom Home Care Cornwall have been providing for my parents is exceptional.

When I contacted Grace and Kim at Blossom I had already spoken to several other agencies. I'm sure the staff in other places do care, but it had felt as if my parents would be part of a production line rather than individuals worthy of care with dignity. Many of the agencies weren't able to offer what I needed at all. Blossom have spent time finding out about my parents. Kim is able to keep a conversation going long after I've run out of things to say!

My parents only needed meals preparing and company when Blossom started visiting them. Inevitably over time their needs have increased. At every stage
Kim and Grace have told me that it isn't a problem. They have demonstrated a compassion and a wealth of knowledge. The trust and relationships they have built have meant that my sometimes challenging parents have accepted help that they might otherwise be too proud to admit to needing.

Communication with Blossom is fantastic. They tell me important things. I always get an immediate response if I need to speak to them. (In fact sometimes I just think about Kim and she phones me! I can't guarantee this ?)
