I’ve been with this surgery my whole life and I don’t even know where to start with the problems. Especially since most of my GPs have been super unhelpful (Dr Babu & Dr Pugh) my most recent issue is how much I’ve been stressing how bad my mental health is. She was contacted by Parkway 31/01 about new medication and it’s now 19/02 and she still hasn’t put it through for me even though she said she was going to two days ago after speaking with her. She also told me to rebook a blood test after I’d finished my course of VitD so I did that and the nurses had to cancel my appointment because my GP hadn’t put it on my note’s therefore I had “no reason” to get my bloods taken and wasn’t even told until the day when I got there and I still haven’t been contacted about redoing it like she said she was going to get reception to do. The list truly does go on and I don’t have all day but I’ve dealt with this for as long as I can remember and I’m fed up.

Why do you have to listen to such a long automated message before talking to anyone and why can’t we make appointments or ask question like other surgery on the app , also why do we wait 3 weeks to see a GP what has happened to since Covid that makes it so hard to se anyone and go to the surgery for appointment to see only 1 person waiting .

Today I went to see a doctor (9.20 31/01/25) because I was concerned about a particular problem. However, I came away feeling I shouldnt have bothered. The doctor wasnt intereted in my view point, didnt want to listen to me. He inspired no confidence, I thought he wasnt very unprofessional in his manner, comprehension (communication skills)and appearance. I dont want to see him again.

I cannot recommend blossom health highly enough! I was in Greece yesterday 17/10/24 due to fly back today 18/10/24, unfortunately I developed an infection from mosquito bites while there, I used the patient access and was able to contact the surgery and send photos, lovely nurse practitioner reviewed my photos and sent a prescription over to my pharmacy and helpful advice for the symptoms i had with it, I was able to collect my prescription when I arrived home! Flawless service!!

Receptionist unhelpful, not interested in your concerns, the whole building should be demolished and something useful built on the site, my wife has colon cancer but the receptionist refused to supply her medication, blossom your a disgrace.

Doctors and nurses are great however reception staffs are not helpful at all ,never get an exact reply from them, and always tries to avoid making an appointment eventhough it's a serious problem.

Whilst the majority of staff are helpful getting past SECURITY (reception ) is a different matter,
Waited over an hour for call back that didn’t happen, recalled got put in a queue only to be told all appointments were closed for the day, could I get to an emergency walk in centre as I was calling about my back and not being able to move my answer was NO their response was call an ambulance?! really all I wanted was a phone consultation to get stronger pain relief

Waited all morning for a promised morning call-back then received a message at 13:05 to say that they had just tried to call although I had had no missed calls. Then when I tried to call back the line was closed until 14:00. When I did get through I was told that I would have to wait perhaps until the evening for a call. When I explained that I had seen a pharmacist and that he had recommended a course of antibiotics, and I wondered if I could come in, be seen, and collect a prescription the helpful receptionist explained‘That’s not how it works.’ What a wonderful system!
