Avoid at all costs if you have regular medical needs. Reception staff are nice, but requires 3 or 4 calls to get something done properly, whilst doctors don’t listen to specialists who treat more regularly and just do what they want eg. Despite knowing you are on holiday for a month still only issue one weeks medication. I wouldn’t trust my children in the hands of this practice, and for that reason have moved and will take up with GMC through litigation as advised. Fast to prescribe antidepressant for wife and not done a

Got a letter through the post after I sent my prescription to a different pharmacy to say that they’re removing me from the practice and I’m to register somewhere closer to me. I’ve had no warnings about this and they could’ve just made the time and effort to help me transfer and not immediately stopped me from being able to go to their practice. I am pregnant and this directly affected my appointments with my midwife and app that I use as it immediately kicked me out until I was register with a GP again.
I understand having to transfer but give me some warning? This place is also terrible for appointments and you can never get through in the morning. Good riddance.

One of the worst Gp practice. In the UK. I’ve been with this Gp for 7 years. I’ve not needed an appointment as frequent. I now have a child therefore I’m having to take them in when needed however you can call at 8am however there’s no guarantee you’ll get an appointment even after 129 calls. Receptionist is very rude most doctors are unhelpful, I once had a very bad cough way before covid it took me 3 months to get a cure, after constant back and forth visits to them and buying prescribed meds constantly trying all sorts however I didn’t once complain. Avoid this Gp if you really need help.

Receptionist wouldn’t allow me to see a doctor about a rash on my wrist, saying I could see an advanced nurse practitioner all because I hadn’t gone to a pharmacy first. She said that should have been my first course of action.

Joanne, healthcare nurse at Roe Lee surgery left me speechless with how brilliant she handled my 1 year old with his immunisations. Just like everyone else in the comments regarding appointments it’s actually horrendous. I and my husband made over 100 calls and that’s no exaggeration yet to be told they have non left. We were told to call at 12pm and then again at 3pm still no appointments. I’ve also taken my child into the clinic for an appointment which has been booked in on the day when you finally get one and I’ve waited half an hour to 45mins to be seen.

The practise manager Jabeen meghji I found to be an absolute incompetent unprofessional individual - I rang to make a complaint regarding my mothers appointment, due to several mis communication errors by the reception staff, I wanted to address the issues with someone more senior so I requested a call back - I never got the call back so I rang again made a complaint to the practise manager who spoke to me in an absolute child like manner with zero professionalism, told me to “ shut up , and listen “ told me I wasn’t the patient and why should she deal with me, I have the right to call on behalf of my mother as does anyone else, I was in absolute disbelief of how someone in a senior position could talk to a member of the public in this manner! She used foul language throughout the call and had zero listening skills! I explained my mum has mental health issues and doesn’t speak English but she wasnt interested in communicating efficiency, It’s clear she felt intimated by me, she wasn’t going to fob me off and she clearly couldn’t handle the challenging questions I was putting to her. I think she needs some serous re training . I work as a NHS professional myself and to experience such attitude from senior members is nothing short of appalling and embarrassing, I will be taking this further because too often these things get brushed under the carpet. Furthermore when asked to give me her complaints procedure details / policy she was unable to provide this and refused, she told me to “ google it “ she spoke like a true 12 year old. It’s now evident to me why your reviews are so poor!

TO ALL PATIENTS OF THE PRACTICE PAST AND PRESENT AND TO RELATIVES OF ANYONE WHO IS OR HAS BEEN A PATIENT HERE.

If you ever have been worried that something isn't quite right when you've had test results given to you by the practice then I'd advise you to get a secondary opinion or get someone to look over your health record and the additions this practice has added. This practice is under serious and formal investigation for actual criminal offences mainly falsification of medical records. If you've ever thought something wasn't right with your care or that of a relatives I would seriously advise to get a second opinion also to anyone thinking of registering here im sure it may be out of convenience but if you care about your health or that of your relatives I'd travel that bit further to see a gp practice that isn't about to be closed down
