Whatever you do, don't use their pharmacy and don't believe the reception staff - always double check. Clinical staff are great and I'm sad that I'm switching surgeries but enough is enough.

I'm a new patient and when I first went to the surgery I was very nervous given a bad experience with my old doctor. The staff were very friendly at put me at ease. I saw a lovely paramedic who spent 45 mins seeking out all my symptoms followed by a short meeting with a lovely GP who gave excellent advice delivered with compassion and understanding. Very happy

Two days later I had to ring their pharmacy and was again met with friendly accommodating staff.

Worst medical practice I've come across in 50 plus years. So been a patient for one and a half years, no visits to the surgery as nothing wrong. So when my back went, they didn't respond for four days leaving me in agony. Then they wanted me to drive (impossible with that condition) to pick up a prescription. My partner could pick one up from a chemist in Okehampton but they can't do that as they don't do electronic prescriptions unlike every other practice around here. In the interim I've seen (at my own cost) a private physio, oesto and chiropractor. One other matter they wanted to know why I hadn't completed a review of their practice when todate they have never we've seen me. So if you're thinking about moving to this practice. Don't. Go to Okehampton or Holsworthy

These are the best doctor's surgery in the area. The staff are brilliant, friendly and helpful. Dr Stray is amazing, understanding, empathetic and compassionate. She also has a wicked sense of humour

Dr stray is very much in the wrong profession, told my father he was wasting her time, asking to change medication, tells me I have to make two appointments to discuss two different things, does not care for people that are worrying, only does her job for the money, I would ask for a different doctor if you are offered her
