My mum of 78 rang this doctor surgery saying that she felt very unwell, has been poorly for over 2 weeks. She explained there was a problem with her current medication and would like to speak to someone as soon as possible. If they bothered to read her notes they would see she has history of fainting and collapsing when unwell. Because she didn’t use a computer to make an appointment she has to wait 4 working days before she can even get a telephone call and not even a suggestion of seeing a doctor making it 3 weeks before a hint of sorting her meds. There is a lovely brand new surgery in her village and she can’t even use it, so be prepared for very little assistance if you need to see a doctor

Very poor service. Very rude staff. Rarely see a doctor as we always get a trainee which is fine sometimes but when it’s for a sick child not so much. We don’t recommend this surgery at all.
Don’t even try to call the surgery, you’ll be welcomed with a very unhappy lady telling you to fill out a form online even if you just have a question!

This used to be a good surgery but now it’s a load of rubbish you can’t see a doctor you can’t even speak to a doctor maybe there are no doctors there!!!!!!

This place Is rude. Hostile and impossible to get an appointment at. Even with our sick baby, filling out our online form and waiting for replies takes days.
They refuse to help over the phone and speak to you like you're dirt. I avoid going to the dr now at all costs I'd rather suffer and live with the consequence than have to go back here.

Just moved into the area, so lots of phoning of doctors, with questions, appointment requirements etc... every time I have called or popped in, had lovely service. Thankyou to all the staff, I am sure a hard job, but still manage to be kind, patient and helpful.

It can be very vexing for patients who are not fully conversant with the finer points of mobile phone and website navigation when faced with a computerised (and no reply allowed!) text message which refers you to a computer website that is not functioning. Once you can actually get face to face with a GP things are fine.
