I’ve been underwhelmed by this clinic so far. I initially had a consultation with a specialist to diagnose an issue with my arm, and they recommended a physio appointment. When I left, I confirmed with the receptionist that I needed to book a physio session. She asked if I wanted to see the same person, and since they had done the initial diagnosis, I agreed.

However, when I showed up two weeks later, I discovered that the specialist I’d been rebooked with doesn’t actually perform physio! This miscommunication was frustrating, especially since I took time off work for the appointment. I also had to wait 20 minutes past my scheduled time, and the session itself only lasted about 10 minutes, covering the same ground as before.

I understand the receptionist was new, but anyone in that role should know who handles what treatments. If I didn’t have insurance, I imagine I’d still be charged for what was ultimately a wasted appointment due to no fault of my own.

I had shoulder pain and found this place on internet. Made appointment with Alastair Greetham. He examined me very thoroughly and found what the problem was. He did some stretching and maneuvering which relieved my pain and gave me some exercise to do which helped me a lot. I went one more time and was very pleased with the results. I do not leave close to here so will have to find someone like him near me. Very nice person knows his job.

Truly disgusting money grabbing clinic. I've called up asking if they can aspirate my bakers cyst which they have quickly agreed. On the day Dr Simon Petrides give all the usual English lady daddy how much they can do with my cyst yet he wasn't even able to perform a simple bakers cyst aspiration with a needle, giving excuses that it's too thick....

He was showing the needle to my fiancé like a junior resident looking for approval, I wonder how many he did in his life....

I went back to my home country where I saw a knee specialist who drained the cyst in less than a minute without even using an ultrasound.

Even before the procedure they were trying to upsell more treatments but what do ypu expect in no shame England.

I've asked for a partial refund as I felt that was correct and they've refused it on the ground the cyst might have gone liquid in a month (what are you smoking?) or that they don't know what needle the other doctor was using (Hungary is part of the EU). I mean seriously this is England?

Great!!! I’m receiving treatment for patellar tendonitis in my left knee. After years of pain and trying to get the NHS to help me I have ended up coming to Blackberry for PRP treatment (2 Injections so far).

I can honestly say that after one injection the pain I have had for 3 years from just walking has disappeared. It has only been 4 weeks and I have gone back for a 2nd injection, so hoping for even better results, but the ultrasound looks promising.

The staff friendliness, knowledge and treatment from the staff was really great. I saw Simon and he went through all the options available to me, and then carried out the treatment.

I highly suggest visiting if you are in pain and need to speak to someone for more advice.

Blackberry Clinic have been brilliant at helping me with my recovery after an injury. My physio, Alastair, helped me build back my strength and confidence quicker than I thought I would. The whole team were brilliant, the nurses and receptionists all so helpful in helping arrange my appointments around work and squeezing me in when needed. Would absolutely go back, great experience and service.
