I strongly suggest using a different clinic. They are extremely disorganised, I had scans done before Christmas and they confirmed receipt of the results on 3rd January and that they would be in contact to arrange a follow up, was not until 19th Jan that they finally responded but only after I had chased them. Their phoneline is not always active during normal office hours. I finally got my procedure date booked only to be told 24 hours before hand that the surgeon was not willing to travel for three hours for two patients so my appointment had been cancelled. Do not use this clinic! I have now been suffering with pain for nearly two months needlessly because of this clinics incompetence.

Have been here 3 times now. Fabulous staff reception guy professional no problems with anything. Dr also brilliant. I was nervous and yes it hurt but they put my mind at rest
