From my arrival at the physio, her receptionist and her, have been truly professional, friendly and accommodating. They make you feel welcome from the start.
Sidra is not only professional, but also a truly lovely human being, that cares about the welfare of her clients and their general well being. She does a thorough assessment, to gain understanding of your background, situation, and what may be causing the pain or pains you are experiencing. She doesn't
guess anything.

You feel comfortable throughout treatment. She is warm, hospitable, and takes her time to do things properly. I have been elsewhere, and they wont even apply pressure or address the areas of concern, she does. It was the first time, I genuinely felt my progress coming along, with reduced pain, and I had sessions with others prior, which did nothing, not with Sidra.
The massage technology and heat packs used in addition, really do target your deep tissue muscles. I will genuinely miss my sessions with her, and will definitely consider going back if need be.
If you're looking for a physiotherapist, that will show genuine progression in your treatment and well being, look no further. You will not be leaving, feeling like your visit was futile. You're going to be looking forward to your next session.

The fizioterapist is really good, she done a perfect job and I am really happy how she helped me with my pain after car accident. Really nice personality and have a good contact with people. Absolutely satisfied! Great job! Well deserved more gold stars!

I had been with Black Pearl Medical under going treatment for my lower back pain after a road accident and I must say they are very professional at what they do and the treatment helped me recover.
