this charity is a scam. they have a duty of care to provide as contractually agreed between themselves and The Salvation Army however, the charity does as they please. I was in their "safehouse" , in their care for a total of 5 months and during this time. Men roamed freely about in a female only space, the location of the safehouse was disclosed by other service users, and I was violated physically.

Extremely informative staff and staff that will work and liaise with you. Also, I needed the toilet, and it was warming to see women's products in them, for free, and a lovely member of staff instantly complimented my outfit and asked where I got it from, minutes of me entering the building, which *the outfit* I wasn't sure on. But it really boosted my confidence. It really is the smaller things. Thank you to J-G in management for saying hi after months of communication too, and thank you for continuous communication. I look forward to what I achieve in the next few months with you.
Thank you.ā¤ļø

Awfully run
They Don't listen at all.
I asked for a supporting letter they emailed me an attachment that was empty I told the lady over email 3 times and still nothing.
And all they say is I'm sorry your going through this!!!!!
If these are the people we rely on for when we are going through Dmv we stand no chance. I'm struggling to get a few lines on a email to help me move away from a stalker. This is how women get murdered and end up in Morac meetings because we are waiting on emails for nearly two weeks. God help us
