Fantastic service, from start to finish. Very kind and caring staff, clean and well furnished rooms, great food and considerate treatment from admission to discharge.

Excellent medical facilities at this hospital. The staff and doctors are very professional. The venue works on time. The equipment here is excellent as well. Annie took great care of me after my procedure.

My first time with Bishops Wood, their Imaging dept's communications, have been exemplary. Gave me confidence, they followed through and when checking status everything had been done and completed as advised. On entry, dealt with effectively, efficiency with helpfulness.

My wife came in for a knee replacement and was worried. Bishops Wood went above and beyond from the initial consultation to leaving the hospital after the operation.The staff were on it and all those involved in the operating theatre and physio did a prestigious job!

We had a 6:30 pm shoulder bursitis injection with Dr Williams and Josephine. Plenty of parking and zero waiting time.

The patient is nervous about needles but Doc and Nurse were both cheerful, informative and created a nice atmosphere. He didn’t even feel the injection he’d been dreading.
