Lorraine was fantastic throughout and really helped us to understand the techniques to use during labour. Cannot rate Lorraine enough. I was super anxious about labour, what to expect what complications can happen ect. Lorraine's course is amazing, I've learnt techniques that I will take away with me, which I can use in everyday life too. I was able to go into labour not anxious or scared instead positive and strong.
