They say they’re there to help they don’t care they don’t care you have people doing this job who do not care it’s about the money you’re overworked. Nurses are overworked as well and they do a better job than you guys you’re working with kids if you do not listen to parent, you’re not going to know anything about peoples backgrounds , that’s why I this Service needs a big wake up, call I have a narcissistic X who I’ve told the social workers about how his damage me and my family mentally and how he’s damaged my child and I told the school as well. They haven’t done anything for my child apart from allowing her to stay with her dad because that’s what she wanted, but he’s damaged her mentally

They are not worthy of 1 star. The Trust is a shambles. I have 2 children in care haven't had any contact from Social Workers in over 3 months. Leave messages and never get calls returned. Shameless.

Birmingham children Trust are unprofessional , liars , trying hardly to keep a child in their care are, busy on trying to win the case rather than helping a child and family, when the child is taken Birmingham Children’s Trust would give false information to the parent that the child does not want to see them, i have witnissed this from many families were involved in Birmingham Childrens Trust taking their child . if they cannot find any allegations against the parents the social worker would work together for an example, The Corse Lawns Gloucester worked together with social worker to try and increase my daughters mental health and say that she cannot come home and i am unable to look after her I have made a complaint about them to my local Mp and the social worker to customer relationship. The feedback i got from stage one was falsely response When Birmingham Children’s Trust took my daughter they cheated and said that my daughter does not want to come home, when this was took to court, my daughter had stated that the social worker said i did not want my daughter which is completely false as i have evidence of me within 6 days requesting via email, text, message to social worker Sarah Ali Main and her manager wanting my daughter back home and to withdraw the section 20, with the independent review officer i had also told them that i want my daughter back ,my daughter had also been requesting too , but CustomerRelations stage one said i did not want my daughter to come home . The Corse Lawns care home she is in, they give her stress and an increase in mental health, neglect and not properly looking at my daughter, as a result my daughter is underweight and mental health has severely increased, by increasing my daughter mental health, the social worker has said that my daughter cannot come home, The corse lawns care home then said that my daughters mental health increased, social worker did not bother to help my daughter and was busy trying to win the case on having my daughter, i have a few times asked Birmingham Children’s Trust about what i should do in order to return my daughter back home, but i recieved no response.
Birmingham Children’s Trust took me and my daughter to court saying that my daughter is missing which is a false allegation.
I have been giving so many concerns about The Corse Lawns, for an example, they do not give medical attention, Birmingham Children’s Trust would respond saying that the corse lawns would look after differently compared to me. destroy my children life and family

I'e been part of there system and they never cared as I've lost siblings for adoption and I got neglected by my own carer as I was supposed to be saying put there and she had threatened to have Me kicked out of her household as they have gone on another county lies and now they have taken my son away from me and partner they never cared about kids as they listen to lies they don't deserve a single star thank you Birmingham children's trust for ruining my life hope karma comes out and get you one day and also they don't care that foster carers grab kids make them ill and grabbing them by the necks because that what happened to me me when i was in the care system got force to do things and also I got grabbed by the neck the moment I reach the age of 18 by my ex carers husband

Birmingham Council Children's Safeguarding Team, (CASS) is one of the biggest worst social services that do not follow procedures also guidelines where it is necessary,
Staff members are being passive, personal, dismissive towards concerns within their practice via the telephone,
•Does this seem like something new?
This is very serious, breaking family down is unnecessary without working with them also remaining in partial
They are not doing their job roll as if they care, it's like they are trafficking the children with no remorse, or concerned how the damage can affect the children for the rest of their life, due to they abusing authority of position they are bullies towards children/relatives/parents knowing that their colleagues defend their wrong involvement, boycotting, having no patience
They are not doing their job roll as if they care due to their power of authority/ using agent services to talk with different staff that have no experience, no management/ leaking data/ no follow-ups/ to busy for their duties they are bullies towards parents/children/relatives knowing that their not been held accountable/liable for decision-making that can have a serious server impact on family/ relatives life that can't be brought back because the damage has already been done
•Filing false information to court without gathering facts, having the evidential true findings
I'm sure they get away with this mostly, due to the West Midlands Police hiding behind the law/Now... also trying to use mental cognitive nurse/solicitor todo assessment without knownledge
of registration license, they are called fake enforcement without valid reason

I can relate to all these poor reviews. BCT are an absolute joke, social workers lie to save their own backs. Karma will catch up with them one day. Disgraceful team.

Awful company. Was a single foster carer for 4 years with them, no respect, no support and no communication. After a child made an allegation about myself I again was given absolutely no support, no information nothing, I didn't even know what the actual allegation was. Only 3 weeks later did I find out I was suspended without pay and I only found this out because obviously I didn't get paid and chased up. Then days later had a phone call from police to be told I'm no longer a suspect and they were leaving rhe investigation, I didn't even know the police were involved or that I was a suspect. Safe to say I handed my notice and left.

Please all log a complaint to the ombudsman service and contact the Children's Commissioner, Ofsted and the Prime Minister. A shame you don't have negative stars. The Trust is a disgrace. They are absolutely unprofessional and act against families. They don't listen and there's no transparency at all. They just don't want to know. They damage family relationships. This is a very serious matter.
