Felt like we were not welcome. Signs up everywhere parking for the use of boating folk. Moved on to Chichester harbour, different again parking free, lovely coffee shop walks and friendly staff especially the gentleman strimming the grass area (Brighton Supporter) wealth of useful information on the area. Lovely walks.?

Friendly but not too busy. A really pretty spot, a lovely marina with everything at hand or within easy distance, walking or a short drive. Beautiful walks locally. Approximately 1 hour to Chichester bar and the open sea.

'Prettiest marina on the south coast' - 'the marina that time forgot' all true, and it still has baltic style bows or stern to moorings between wooden piles and plenty of manoeuvring space for a long keeler like mine. The modern world of Chichester Marina is out of sight but just 5 mins walk when you need it. I wouldn't keep my boat anywhere else.

The actual boatyard is not the attraction, rather it is the little coffee and cake hut, The Scuttlebutt Cafe. The people that run it are lovely, the cakes are tasty and not too sweet, the coffee is top notch. What else do you need?
