Absolutely Fabulous Experience from start to end, I've recently moved to Birchwood Dental Practice,from a private Dentist,as the cost of treatment was getting ridiculous! I've been using Birchwood for a few years now and i highly recommend. The practice is clean and modern and they have really friendly and experienced staff throughout. Parking is available and the waiting areas are friendly and accessible for everyone having upstairs and downstairs.
I am part of the Denplan they offer which is beneficial from a cost perspective, especially where regular check ups and treatment is concerned,.
The Reception staff are lovely, friendly and helpful, and flexible where possible, nothing has been too much trouble when I've had a query or a problem and they do their best to accommodate suitable appointments for your work etc.
The dentists and hygienists and dental nurse staff are lovely, putting you at ease, and really informative and supportive with advice and treatment. Any treatment has been completed really well and considering one of my biggest fears was the dentist, they have really helped me to deal with my fear and put me at ease throughout.
Highly recommend as a friendly, experienced, and community centric dental practice

Brilliant Dental Surgery with great staff. The Surgery is well presented and offers both private and NHS treatment. I was greeted by the dentist who was very informative. I didn’t feel though my appointment was rushed and the advice I was provided by the Dentist was valuable. In my life 40 year personal experience of visiting a dentist I have never been provided with such valuable information. Treatment plans of both private and NHS treatments are discussed so patients can plan their visits ahead. The surgery also provides cosmetic treatments. I highly recommend this Dental Surgery for anyone looking to join a surgery or looking for treatment.

Honestly if I could score more highly I would ! I have just completed my Invisalign journey with the amazing Pard and Shay. Not only do my teeth look INCREDIBLE but the kindness and patience that has been shown to me has been exceptional. I am a very VERY nervous patient but these 2 really made the difference. After searching for a dentist in the area that does NHS with the option of private (my previous 2 dentists retired) I was recommended here and I’m so impressed. I've had multiple appointments with Dr Nav, each one has been professional and very caring. I struggle with anxiety but it's almost got to the point where I look forward to seeing Dr Navneet more than worrying about the treatment. The reception staff have also been very friendly. Nice dentists and staff make such a difference to the experience.
