Excellent dental practice because the ladies at reception are always patient and polite and my dentist, Jayen Patel, is superbly good...I have had to have some treatment, fillings and a crown, and the experience has been utterly positive: never felt any pain as Jayen was always so brilliant at his work...really an excellent dentist. The assistants supporting Jayen have all been excellent, too, gentle and unassuming in their way. A professional dental practice with great customer service from all who work there. I highly recommend this practice.

Such a friendly and professional practice. After having Invisalign and relapsing, and my previous dentist not being able to help, I have found Birchwood who have taken the time and care to run through alternative options for aligner treatment. 2 stars go to the woman at the help desk who were lovely. Cant say the same for the dentist. 2nd time I've been. Dentist are pure scam artists. Almost £30 for him to almost say nothing, stick a bit of metal in my mouth and say it looks bad and sign a piece of paper so I can get medication of which i you have to pay for. My face is so swollen and the antibiotics have made it even worse. I'm gonna have to go to a&e. They're not gonna sort my wisdom tooth out, but hopefully they cut my gum open to relieve the pressure. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

Been with them for almost 5 years and have only managed two visits in 2018.
Since then, they've been making excuses and will only see you if you're a private patient.
My son who was born in 2018 hasn't had a single appointment with them because to begin with they won't register any new NHS patient and now he's been on the waiting list for ages! Such a shame that dentists have gone down the path they have, money before patient care!

I was pretty anxious about the root canal treatment due to the pain I'd experienced since the weekend.
Mr Patel and his assistant Kay, made the experience painless - yes really! They tuned into my anxiety and didn't overwhelm me with info and provided just enough updates to let me know all was well. We even had a few laughs throughout the appointment. I honestly think the mouth hoover is more uncomfortable than root canal by 10 times. The procedure was performed painlessly but the care and response to my feelings was exceptional and made the experience feel like a regular appointment. I used to dread injections and now I ask for as many as possible because Mr Patel has made them painless and created a calming environment. If Mr Patel ever retires he'll have to extract all my teeth because I don't think I could trust another dentist to look after me and treat me with such empathy.

Also thank you to the lovely lady on reception for helping to get the appointments so quickly - I know you're in demand for appointments so I'm very grateful for your help prioritising me to get treatment.
