Bildeston Natural Health and Fitness is an absolute gem! Alex is incredibly knowledgeable about alternative health & fitness, running a welcoming, non-intimidating small bootcamp for locals. Thanks to Alex's guidance, I've managed to double my lifting weights and learn adjustments to accommodate a dodgy ankle—something I never thought possible!

Paige is a Pilates expert, and together, they offer an unmatched depth of expertise. Honestly, between the two of them, what they don't know about health and fitness just isn't worth knowing.

Alex has really helped me with a long term back injury I got playing rugby in my teens . I really value his professional advice and treatments and he’s made my pain management so much better now I’m in my 50s. Very good at sorting out any problems . Have been going to Alexander for over 5 years . He has sorted out a sprained ankle so it is as good as new in a very short time helped my husband with really bad tennis elbow . He also helped my Dad with a bad back and neck problems.
Would definitely recommend Alexander to anyone needing help in anything relating to health conditions .

My husband and I have been doing Pilates with Paige for nearly three years. Paige is highly qualified and very professional. She has the knack of making one feel safe but one finds that you are doing things you did not think that you were capable of.
