Just had my tooth out by the lovely Manjit Jalaf. She made mw feel very comfortable and took my tooth out without discomfort. Thanks to manjit and her great assistant once again. The whole process was done within 20 minutes.

Very poor, the dentist was really distant, non- challant and acted like she couldn't care less. Hardly cleaned or polished my teeth, even after charging me full price. Really bad service. Same poor service even from reception. Would not recommend at all.

Im sorry, this morning was a very unpleasent experience.I have used this practice over the last 7 years and always been satisfied. This morning I telephoned for an appointment, to my shock I was greeted by a very abrupt, unhelpful and rude individual. No time for patients... her attitude was very much 'so what' 'dont care'. I wont be returning, I telephoned a practice in halesowen town centre who were so welcoming. If this is your first contact and the standards you work to, im sure you will be losing many more patients.

lovely people, easy to ring and get through as well & i feel really comfortable with the dentist! went for a check up and scaling & had my first ever filling & it was all good. Was numb for a few hours after but healthy teeth is non-negotiable, thanks so much! x

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE steer well clear. The wrong tooth was 'messed' with. So now not only do I have Problem 1, but I also have Problem 2. I asked for the broken tooth to be built up, and ended up with the next front one being shaved down, so now it's shorter than the rest, and crooked, to boot. I would NEVER EVER put my trust in this Practice again!! The dentist (Arsalan Fattahi) just shrugged and said "It looks the same", however an unconsented enameloplasty was performed. Money taken, of course, but this Practice will be paying to correct their mess up. Rest assured that I will be taking the matter much further. Have currently lodged a complaint, as I've been left disfigured, and this Practice couldn't care less. Hopefully my review will stop this nightmare from happening to others!! The Surgery seem to think that I am going to go away, but I'm NOT, and will take this matter to Court, if need be, as will now have to have a costly implant. Apparently the 'dentist' has now been moved to another Practice, which speaks volumes... See you in Court, Bhandal Halesowen Dental.
Update: new dentist will have to refer me to a cosmetic specialist, as Arsalan Fattahi has completely damaged the front tooth beyond all repair. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, AND NEVER EVER LET THIS MAN ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR TEETH. HE'S NOT COMPETENT TO PERFORM DENTISTRY 😡

Very disappointed in this dental practice. Visited pre covid and was satisfied but through covid I had to visit as I felt my filling had fallen out/broke, I was told by the dentist everything was fine - not sure how he knew this as he only asked me to open my mouth as I walked into the room, I didn't even sit down. They tried to charge me Band A which I refused to pay as I had been with the dentist a matter of seconds and no equipment was used other than his eyes. I moved practices to the Bhandals in Cradley and through their thorough examination and xrays, the tooth I had previously visited about is now at risk of extraction. It's hard to say if this would have been the case if the dentist has of done more of a thorough check but it's fair to say there's a higher chance it would have been saved. Thanks alot!

Was at my wits end with recent, local dentists insisting that my tooth needed to be extracted and replaced with a very expensive dental implant. Decided to see Arslan, who works at both Gornal and Halesowen practices. He managed to suggest solutions and rectify my dental issue. He goes above and beyond, and exceeds patients expectations. He is highly experienced with exquisite knowledge and skills, coupled with excellent customer service. Best dentist in the Midlands, who cares about his patients teeth. A credit to the dentistry profession, puts other dentists to shame! I highly recommend!!

This review should of been written months ago .I have had the pleasure to have excellent professional care by Alain and dentist nurse. I had previously experienced very bad dental work for month and was very afraid to go to an over dentist even though I was in contest pain and was in contant pain at another practice not connected to this practice. Alain corrected everything to a high standard in a very short space of time. And wasn't in pain while procedures where carried out. Alain and staff are polite and very caring and take pride in their work. I highly recommend this surgery as Alain will be the only dentist I will allow to do work on my mouth in the future. I have check soon and I am not nervous or afraid, thank you Alain
