Sue Collier is one of the rudest, most incompetent women I have ever come across! Please avoid this care provider at all costs. She will gas light you, she will manipulate the elderly clients she is suppose to be caring for. She will blame anyone else, rather than admitting there is a flaw within her managment skills. She runs this company as a business, rather than a care provider. It is shocking the disgusting way she handles issues. I've never heard or witnessed such foul behaviour from a so called professional. I also feel a lot of the staff that don't fit her ideal, are bullied. There are some carers that are left untrained due to her complete ignorance and disregard for her duty of care. She will happily let safe guarding issues slide if she feels her business might come under fire. If you have any respect for your family, do not trust this women with them.

Some good carers but these soon leave due to a culture of lieing and bullying by management. Do not feel clients are always cared for safely or treated with respect. Carers not properly trained and mistakes often ignored or overlooked,. Have experienced carers trying to blame elderly clients for their incompedence. Terrible experience with this company, do not recommend at all.

Ignorant carers who don't appear to understand even the most basic hygeine. Dumping unwrapped adult nappy-pads in recycle bins and leaving rubbish bins uncollected for months at a time until the bins won't close and flies mass round the human waste within. Not just once but consistently doing this, as if it's normal and acceptable.
Dreadful.

What srarted as a new start after leaving before, thought appears on surface past issues had been addressed, TO BE ABSOLUTLY HONEST THE ACTUAL CARE FROM THE FRONTLINE CAREERS IS BEYOND QUESTION!

i have a fairly regular about one fifth staff who i find very able.

But in the folder your invited to approach your supervisor to put together team who you comfortable with, and they know you.

However not so easy took weeks and weeks try acertain who my supervisor,

After several requests told its any member of office staff, which i guess answers dont ask, with so many in office there no point CONSISTANCY NOT THERE.

Whilst the ground care is best it marred by indifference in office, with a subtle repercussions, i found 2 out of careers unable get on with, but request not sent lost the careers who did care.
Your not allowed to say if careers want just ring most times happy accomadate,

Been happening weeks but office took carte blanc to send in mainly same times
For thier ease nothing do client.

Now find gone even sillier a monday now only day fixed time earlier at six,

They claim list careers i know not enough to ensure consistancy in care delivery.

There probably eighteen plus careers out alledged staff seventy.

Christine, shannon, sammy, winnie, gill, sue, tanya,tina, annabel, victor, stewart, alex, nel. Rose, just a few.

I DISLIKE NEGATIVITY BUT because your old or memory issues it does not mean

Your a number, respect earns respect, last visits careers have just walked in total disrespect this home family, and unacceptable. even pointing this out a text sent to another family member to confirm knock await 2/3 mins, worked well for months.

To careers my respect gratitude for both quality care and friendship. truly careers who care xxx

MOST MY FAULT NOT ADVICE TOP MANAGERS, SO I GIVE OPEN APOLOGY.

NOW I GET CARE I WAS LOOKING FOR, BEING OBESE BY SEVERAL KILOs. MOOD SWINGS ECT MIND OFF VACATION A LOT, I HAVE A CARE PLAN SUITED TO ME, IM TRRATED WITH TOTAL RESPECT AND DIGNITY RESPECTFULLY IN SHORT DONT DO AS I DID REMEMBER THE COMPANY HAS NO MIND READERS, DONT BE SHY ADVISE LESS STRESS.
