We received an excellent service from the Beyond clinic. My daughter was seen within weeks which enabled her to get a timely diagnosis which has really supported her A-level studies. The doctors and nurses working within the clinic have been very professional and caring towards her. Obviously, there is a fee attached to a private clinic, but I would say for the service we received it was well worth the money. Once my daughter was established on the right treatment path, her care was transferred over to her NHS GP, which was very efficient.

All I can say is this place is amazing! After struggling with the NHS for years my daughter got her diagnosis from Beyond Clinic and I can’t recommend them enough. From start to finish the process was so smoothly ran by the staff, The psychologists, psychiatrists, nurses and clinic staff all made this experience as easy as possible for me and my daughter.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would and I would definitely recommend to anyone that may need help. Well done Beyond your brilliant and thank you so much 😊

From begining to end, and even post titration period the team have been nothing but helpful and supportive the whole way through. They have been honest, open, and willing to listen to me when things were tough.
Andy was my consistent point of contact through the process, who was pleased to see my progress, and encouraged me to keep persisting when things got tough.
Shaun and Emma who I spoke to regularly on the phone as first points of contact have been equally as supportive through my journey in figuring out who I am in regards to ADHD, and answered as much as they were able to help me get the right care I needed.
I have no negative notes to give, as there simply wasn't an issue from this team and group all the way through.

We came to the clinic in need of some answers with our 10 year old, from start to finish they have been amazing. The consistant contact and information has been fab, the nurses and Doctors are extremely knowledgeable and made ourselves as parents and our 10 year old feel at complete ease.
I could not be happier with the care we have received and extremely thankful for the answers we needed.
Clinic is also beautiful and very calming.

My teenage son received a diagnosis and is on a care plan with this clinic. They are responsive and professional and I am delighted with his care. Private adhd clinics sometimes get bad press, this one offers a genuinely great service.

My adult son has recently been through the ADHD diagnosis process with Beyond and they have been great - responsive, caring and the actual process is super thorough, especially compared with another private psychiatrist we had previously seen.
The report is very detailed and told us what type of ADHD he has plus the additional paperwork they provide; letters for employers and the GP are above and Beyond (excuse the pun 🙂 what I would have expected.
Given how much we paid previously, it's made me realise how much we didn't get from the other psychiatrist and how much we have received from Beyond.
Taking into account the state of the NHS currently and the extreme length of the waiting list for ADHD diagnosis, I highly recommend private care through Beyond - it is well worth the money.

Everyone I spoke to was friendly and understanding when I needed to change appointments because I can't schedule myself without making a mistake somewhere. The mental health nurse who did my initial assessment was great at helping me answer the questions and the psychiatrist who did my assessment made me feel really comfortable within about 5 minutes of the assessment. My results were explained really clearly and were interpreted with my past history in mind. I can't afford to pay for medication so I can't speak for that part of the service, but the assessment process was fast, comprehensive and compassionate.

I contacted Beyond Clinics a few months ago after my daughter was diagnosed with ADHD. This led me to notice similarities between her symptoms and my own, which I had been unaware of until recently. Initially, I was nervous about committing to the assessment process due to both the cost and the fear that I might not receive a diagnosis, leaving me without answers to why I’ve always felt so different and struggled with tasks that most people find second nature.

From my first call with Layla to my regular and final call with Heather, the service has been both quick and thorough. All the staff members I spoke to along the way were incredibly friendly and put me at ease throughout the entire process.

Ultimately, I was diagnosed with ADHD, which has provided much-needed clarity. My GP is now taking on the shared care plan, which is a relief. I am grateful for the thorough and compassionate care provided by Beyond Clinics.
